Mass Mobilisation

advocacyUnder its advocacy efforts, The Credence mobilises people widely to pressurise government and policy makers to take action on various important and prevailing concerns and issues. In this respect, the organisation has been organising rallies and dharnas mobilising a large number of people to demand action from government and authorise on the issue of global warming. It has also been filing RTI applications (Right to Information) regarding the availability of welfare services by government and disseminating such information to people and the community.

The Credence also actively advocated in 2005 in Delhi and Bihar for the Right to Education Act (or Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009, as known now).
